Duties to commence August 18, 2025 and end on or about July 3, 2026 (or earlier if incumbent returns or circumstances change).
Duties:
The Office Administrator is responsible for performing secretarial and clerical duties, record-keeping and organizational services. Helps to manage the flow of office tasks to ensure timely completion as well as assists the administration and staff in the efficient, professional operation of the office and school.
Qualifications:
Ontario Secondary School Graduation Diploma;
A community college diploma in office administration or equivalent certification or experience;
Knowledge of office procedures and the use of office equipment;
An aptitude in computer operations and skill in word processing;
Previous experience with the computerized student information system;
Basic accounting and cash management, an asset;
Strong oral and written communication skills.
